How awesome is Heidi Klum!? Not only does she juggle countless jobs and multiple children, she looks great (pregnant or not), while doing so. Even more admirable she is actually honest about the fact that a smocking hot body doesn't come without working-out and eating right. Above she's pictured toting around Krocoa's Luxe Crocodile Curvy Shopping Bag ($3,663). My only problem with this bag is that it doesn't zip or even button closed with a magnet closure, but in terms of size, versatility, and practicality for a busy mama I say it gets an A++.

What do you think about Klum's Krocoa Shopping Bag?

While it isn't my personal style, the Rebecca Minkoff Mini Mini Bag ($295) that Aggy Deyn is sporting above is a well-made under $300 buy. It has metal feet, a front zip pocket and the gold hardware blends in nicely with the iguana-print leather. I'm usually not into shoulder straps (or printed leather with the exception of Givenchy for that matter), but I actually like the way Aggy is rocking it (the strap is detachable). I think this is a fun bag that doesn't take itself too seriously and the colors work well for fall.

What do you think about the Mini Mini Bag?

There are few images I've seen as often as the one above these last two weeks. Everyone seems to be debating whether or not Kate Hudson's outfit is appropriate given that she is being photographed with her son for Harper's Bazaar. While personally I don't find anything wrong with what Hudson is wearing -- she's young, beautiful, and while the Emilio Pucci S/S 2010 dress isn't my cup of tea (feathers, sequins, and a plunging V are a bit much for me), she looks aaaamazing (those legs!!). I don't however understand how they could pair this look with such a large white Bally bag. I've definitely been noticing a trend of women wearing bigger bags when they go out these days (which I can understand. I too sometimes get too lazy to switch my bag from day-to-night), but this just strikes me as totally off proportion-wise. It's too bad too because the bag is gorgeous (if somewhat Chloe-esque).

What do you think about Hudson's Bally? Would you wear it with a cocktail look?

Derek Lam's New Irina bag is a chic retro throw back look from the 70s but has a modern feel with its long skinny chain and whimsical tassels.  Jessica Alba pairs the bag with skinny jeans and flats by day and a mini with tights by night-- so effortless!  She's really becoming one my faves-- I was on the same flight as her to LAX from NYC once and she spent the entire flight walking her cute baby up and down the aisle!  Love that she's a devoted mommy :)  Black glove leather New Irina handbag $1,250 available at Derek Lam NY 212.966.1616

Blake Lively was spotted in character as Gossip Girl's Serena van der Woodsen in Kotur's Wallace Gold Leaf Haircalf ($1,038) in NYC's Central Park. The haircalf brown/gold leather gives the bag a very vintage feel (it's modeled after a classic handbag Fiona Kotur found in the Parisian vintage Clignancourt market), and I was surprised to see it on Serena's arm and not Blair's. While this handbag isn't my personal style, it has a timeless quality to it and is carefully crafted with suede lining, interior zipper compartment including ones for mobile/blackberry and it can be locked or double-locked with a hidden key (love the safety feature!). I don't think the bag works particularly well for someone in their 20s, but for an older demo this seems like a versatile everyday bag.

What do you think about the Kotur Wallace Gold Leaf Haircalf bag?

I see the Marc By Marc Jacobs Classic Q Huge Hillier Hobo ($498) that Kristin Cavallari is sporting all over the city. I know a lot of people think that Marc by Marc Jacobs is a great mid-range bag line, but I just consistently find their bags to be poorly made and over-priced. While this bag is not outrageously expensive, I wouldn't for a second think it was $500 if I didn't know it was Marc by Marc Jacobs. The rings look so cheap and there is nothing sumptuous about the leather used. For a simple everyday bag I do think it works. I just also think the same level of quality could be found for less at a place like J. Crew or Zara.

What do you think about Kristin Cavallari's M by MJ? Snob or Slob?

I can't stop staring at this ridiculous outfit on Paris Hilton. I guess if you want attention, dressing like an idiot is the quickest way to get it.  I totally understand wanting to be comfortable on the plane (I just flew to Asia last weekend and changed into my PJs the minute I got on the flight, too-- apparently Paris forgot to change out of hers).  I can't get over that hideous leopard print bag either.  Does anyone know who the designer of the bag is?  

It's rare that I come across a Miu Miu bag that I don't like -- I drool over even their most colorful and overly-ruffled designs, so I'm very disappointed by the Flap Pocket Tote ($1,011.50) that Emma Roberts was spotted wearing. Yes the leather is supple like all of the brand's bags and yes I love the gold push lock, but the shape is so briefcase-y (especially when worn with the long strap), and it has a very dated over-all look. I also can't get over the gold rings on either side of the tote (where the long strap attaches to the bag) -- so uncharacteristically cheap looking!
