Staying at the St. Regis: A Grand Tourista in Shenzhen
By Bag Snob Tina on February 1, 2013 11:00 am Tina Craig

The St Regis Sanya, China
Fabulous Italian restaurant, Elba. So I flew 10,000 miles to China to have great Italian food. Hey, Marco Polo was schooled on pasta in China, so why not? When you go, ask to meet the chef, Arno. He is a real Italian from Rome (he wanted me to tell you that). Oh, and ask him to make you my favorite pasta carbonara with shaved truffles – orgasmic!

OMG Tina!!! Last time I went to Shenzhen I was thoroughly un-impressed by how industrialized it was. But, um…now that I’ve read your article and seen the pictures of St. Regis….I actually want to plan a trip to visit the hotel and make that the point of my travel! Thank you for sharing!
