Just into its second decade in the business, Lancaster is already expanding its empire abroad, and I think Betty is the perfect ambassador for the job.
When I saw her carrying the bag in Florence last month, I immediately wanted to know more about it. Great friend that she is, Betty surprised me with the Betty in NYC last week. The sprinkle of studs on the leather flap gives it rock and roll grit that’s gently softened by the scalloped edging. And it has all the sweet surprises we love – like lipstick pink interior. I carried this all weekend without ever needing to switch it out. The bag is easy and chic – just what a girl on the go needs (the zippered back pocket cradled my iPhone like a baby). Brava, Betty!
