I tend to follow the age-old rule of not wearing one designer from head to toe, but when you’re talking Oscar de la Renta, you’re speaking the language of “more is more.” I might switch up the label of my party dress, but Oscar has unsurprisingly offered perfect key pieces to get us through the holiday season and beyond. Tip of the day: Always invest in good accessories! The frock can be disposable, if your bag and shoes are investment-worthy.
Starting with the perfect clutch! The Cara is my all-time favorite clutch from Oscar de la Renta, and it is oh-so luxe in evergreen stingray. Not to mention festive and remarkably neutral for a vivid hue. Add the Ella boots, a boldly textural take on jacquard and the opulence is on. Cara and Ella are hosting a party that I want to attend, but it won’t be complete without a princess-worthy jeweled headband in the mix (I wear this at least three times a week and call it my tiara). You can put on any old dress or jeans and look polished as long as you have a great piece of accessory (or two or three) on!
