It’s official – Katie Holmes’ favorite bag of fall 2012 is none other than Derek Lam’s Newton camera bag (burgundy available at Barneys New York for $1,390). I love how all of her outfits lately have been coordinated with her chic arm candy. She’s obviously very committed to her new bag– Suri’s busy momma has been snapped carrying it daily – from day to night and work to play. Katie buys what she likes and wears it often (as we all should). Unlike other celebs, Katie doesn’t feel the pressure to carry something new everyday (it’s all about cost-per-wear!). A mid-western girl at heart, she’s a smart, modern style icon who knows the value of a dollar. Could I love her anymore?! Nice girls finish first – I’m predicting big things ahead in her career!
