Belstaff, the all-weather jacket brand founded in 1924, has always been inspired by the open road and beloved by mid-century motorcycle enthusiasts. Now they are gaining new momentum with a covetable line of bags (thanks to CEO Harry Slatkin, determined to revive the biker brand).
The refreshed Belstaff is for the girl who doesn’t need a monogram or a logo to prove her snob-worthiness. It’s also for the girl who doesn’t mind a workout (some of these bags weigh in at three pounds!). I’m really liking their versatility – keep it classic with the Dolton or get conversation-worthy with the Tredington. Either way, the acceleration is on.

1. Dorchester 36 Leather Satchel ($2,250): Streamlined with convertible shoulder-strap options, those two strips of foldover zips give a classic satchel just enough detail.

3. Tredington Metal Clutch Bag ($2,875): I probably don’t need to tell you this one is my favorite of the season. A metal clutch composed of Belstaff’s sly signature tire-treads satisfies the road-warrior goddess in all of us.
4. Clapton Patent Clutch Bag ($795): This buckled baby is a bit too Burberry-esque for my comfort, but, nonetheless, it’s very slick and cute.
