Sunday is always my favorite day of Fashion Week. What better way to start my morning than with Victoria Beckham?! The designer, more refined by the moment, has focused her attention this season on applying her trademark luxe touches in creative, unexpected ways. A looser, louche look is in full effect: the pants have breezy swish, the fabrics more movement, and the peek-a-boo bra straps reveal a new nonchalance. Think athletic stripes on flirty skirts, crisp blazers draped over mesh bras (with a savvy triangle shape, they are as sporty as they are seductive), and the dresses: feminine, sexy, and ultra-modern. There is plenty of youth and sophistication at play when it comes to the clothes, especially with the additions of Stephen Jones’ wide-brimmed hats and Manolo Blahnik’s perfectly intriguing shoes, but what really get me are the Victoria Beckham bags.
Each season I choose at least one, but times have changed: next spring it will be at least three for me! Delicate yet sharp, her flat envelope and gold box clutches are destined to offer a measured amount of edge to evening looks. The delicious chain-handled shoulder bags boast cross-hatched and checkered textures, which mirror the sheer panels of form-fitting dresses for a polished feel that appears organically coordinated, not contrived. A bag should enhance, not distract, from an overall ensemble, and no one knows this like style-maven Mrs. Beckham. Her Spring accessories are the perfect additions for the bag snobs who literally have everything in her bag closet (including Victoria herself).

Amazing collection. She really has the goods.
In another topic: Why on earth do you allow those spammy looking advertisements on your emails?? Like “Power companies hate this” etc. Makes the site feel a LOT less luxe looking at stuff like that. Just saying.
