A rainbow of pastels, a splash of tomboy-punk attitude, and the spirit of Rococo celebration made up the cocktail that is Chanel’s Pre-Srping 2013 collection (an exclusive treat for bag snob readers!). At least if you’re talking about the runway show. The bags are anything but frivolous and fancy-free! If you ask me, Pre-Spring ought not feel all light and airy – save that for the actual Spring/Summer collections – and Mr. Lagerfeld seems to agree. From grained deep-red leather to quilted blue jersey fabric, this is Chanel at their most quintessential, with a few exciting twists.
A multi-paneled olive leather clutch is as sleek and subtle as can be (above); instead of interlocking-Cs, it features a much coyer plaque-clasp. A black clutch with a trademark charm, scarlet carryall, and cognac shopper, all stitched into into a vague quilted pattern account for the more mature additions to the bunch, while chain-trimmed jersey and better yet, a Boy Chanel shoulder style in too-cool blue denim, are youth-in-sophisticated-revolt all the way. It’s the best of both worlds, for the in-between season.

All the chanel pre collections spring 13 are gorgeous. But If I have to select one, I definitely will chose the number 3 (small blue color)
I love Chanel. Does anyone know the style number for the red chanel bag?
That top bag is old – I bought it last year in 2011 – it’s from the resort collection.
