I had so much fun styling this particular outfit! Luisa via Roma is way ahead of the curve when it comes to new designers– I’m currently obsessed with Diletta Gioacchini, a talented young jewelry designer based in Florence. Her bold gold cuff really brought this entire look together. I paired the dramatic long leopard silk skirt from Francesco Scognamiglio with a leopard print tulle top from Red Valentino and love how it looks together– don’t be afraid of mixing similar prints in contrasting materials! I wrote about the Stark panther clutch a while ago and have to say it is even more stunning in person.
The spectacular headpiece was very difficult to obtain but let’s just say I pulled a few strings to get it on my poor model who must still have a headache/neck ache/backache after what I put her through! What is your favorite look so far? (Part one here, Part Two here)
There is so much more I want to share with you from my week in Firenze, from a rooftop dinner at the Nuovo Teatro dell’Opera to the Ferragamo Museo exhibit of Marilyn– look for more posts in the next few days!
