I cannot tell you how much I wished I had this bag on the trip I just got back from. The J.Crew Brompton stray hobo is the perfect beach/warm weather bag and had I planned better, I would have packed this away toss crossbody style to the beach with a Joie cover up, then to the pool with a Splendid sundress, then to wear to dinner with a romper by 6 Shore Road, and so on, and so on (you get the idea). The point is, it was such a pain transferring things from my oversized (and under used) beach bag into a day bag, then into a clutch at night. I needed one wear-all bag that could go with anything that was large enough for day but not clunky at night. This bag would have been the answer to my vacation prayers (along with the aloe I needed for my sunburn on my part- I always forget that spot). This chic and practical bag is ultra-refined woven sophisticated straw with a detachable shoulder and leather handles. Simple, refined, useful and as far as I’m concerned- an absolute necessity for vacations and summer lovin’.
