When I first laid eyes on this bag, I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. Laugh because it’s a whimsical and fun bag, well-suited for a quirky girl like Zooey Deschanel…or cry because it costs over $400?! It’s always more fun to laugh, so I’ll try to keep my sense of humor about this frisky, floppy bunny bag.
Clearly, designer Mandy Coon has one. She always plays by her own rules, but her python-embossed backpack doesn’t come close to the over-the-top playfulness of this chain-strapped rabbit buddy. I actually wanted to get this for Kelly’s younger daughter (she loves bags and she loves bunny rabbits – how perfect!) until I saw the ridiculous price. Regardless, unless you’re under the age of 12, or if you’re the ever-adorable Zooey, you don’t really have much business carrying around a stuffed animal. An innocent-looking leather bag for a not-so innocent price!
Quirk sells: believe it or not, this bunny is currently sold out at Opening Ceremony for $435. But I’m sure you can find similar versions on Etsy for under 50 bucks.

Pass! I had animal purses when I was a kid, but at this age, I tend to go for the more subtle, not-so literal designs
