A well-crafted frame-top bag will never lose its appeal. Classic, ladylike, and enduring for the ages, these frame bags are gorgeous in a minimalist way. My current faves run the gamut of price, but each is perfection in its own right – and I can’t decide between them.
Rochas’ crinkly leather is in the shade of gold I am loving right now ($1,945). It’s ideal because it’s not in-your-face flashy, so I can still use it during the day (I would have to: it’s a big bag meant for day). is your best value, but don’t let that influence your thoughts on “luxe.” The antique brass frame looks rich and opulent, especially set against starkly contrasting white ($681). The white handle might cause some problems, but I can overlook the issue for the great price. Decisions, decisions!
