I almost bought a Diane von Furstenberg goat-hair vest last month that looked amazing on my friend with blonde hair, until I looked in the mirror and realized the goat hair looked like an extension of my own hair. When you can’t tell the difference between your mane and your jacket, you need a change of clothes (my black hair is here to stay!).
Needless to say, I’m a bit put off by this long-locked Longchamp bag, as well. With a mass of tumbling raven locks, I can’t help but wonder: is a pair of eyes going to peer through that mess of hair? Actually, it’s already making contact. With that grommet placed dead-center on the strap running down the middle, I feel like this thing is staring at me like a one-eyed monster!
I would expect the result of Kate Moss’ collaboration with the 63-year-old Parisian brand to be classic, mild luxury meets insouciant chic. While they may have been trying to drive home her rock-star style with this hirsute creation, they totally missed the mark: this isn’t cool, it’s unsettling! I know this is gruesome to even think about, but it’s like carrying someone’s head around, no?
At Longchamp for $930.

This is a very interesting bag, it would defiantly make a statement in any room and be a great conversation piece.
First of all, I can’t believe that this is a Longchamp. Maybe they are trying to be modern and trendy. But this is just odd. I also feel as though I would need to comb it everyday. It’s enough that I have to do my own hair. Do I have to do my handbag’s, too?!
A bag that would cause some split-ends for your wardrobe… literally…
lol
It’s GROSS!
