Who was the most carried bag designer on the red carpet last night? It was none other than the queen of bling– Judith Leiber. Hollywood A-listers held on tightly to their Leiber sparklers as they glided into the Golden Globes last night and thankfully everyone carried tasteful box style clutches (not a panda bear or cupcake in sight!).
I was actually blinded when Christina Hendricks arrived, she and the red carpet became one giant blob topped with a big red bow. I think it’s safe to say the awesome Leiber clutch saved her outfit, don’t you? Obsessed with this clutch actually, one of the best I’ve seen from Judith Leiber! Fleurs Rounded rectangle minaudière in Rhine ($3,495)

Piper Perabo chose Judith Leiber’s
Streamline clutch with frosted lucite– it was the perfect complement to her gorgeous Oscar de la Renta dress.
Elizabeth Moss (how stunning is the Donna Karan gown in emerald green?!) opted for the
Flip Top Diagonal cut mother of pearl minaudière in Capri ($1,595). See how pretty the specks of color played off against the dress? (Jump for more!)

Unfortunately I wasn’t bowled over by anyone’s dress this year! The Leiber miniaudiere is simply divine however!!!
I’m so glad Ms. Leiber grew out of her animal phase. The mother of pearl is absolutely spectacular!
