Good heavens. When I first saw the Marc Jacobs small beach bag I wanted to strap it on cross-body style, put on my most summery dress and hop on a bicycle built for two with my best friend and have a picnic lunch under a weeping willow. Reading too much into it? This is what pretty bags do to me.
This skinny guy has a retro feel to it. The woven straw and leather blends together flawlessly and the zip top is always oh-so convenient. The chain detailing intertwined with the leather is a nice touch to spice things up. This bag is simple, yet detailed and though I don’t think I would actually carry it to the beach, I could see myself carrying it just about everywhere else.

I love this bag. It’s not exactly something that I would carry to the beach. Too expensive. However, I can see myself in a sundress with this bag as I am lunching in a restaurant on their patio.
Great size, shape, and color. I would almost question that it’s from Marc Jacobs– but you can see it in the chain detail.
