YSL’s Roady Studded Suede Hobo instantly brought me back to 1987 when I was in high school and Bon Jovi ruled our world. It was a time of fringe, studs and suede (I had a pair of boots made with all of the above, not kidding). Good taste was not a priority (obvs), but having fun was. It was a time of carefree rides to the beach in my convertible (sans sunblock) and hanging out on Melrose pretending to be 18. Ahhhhh, the glory days of youth. I miss those days at times when work and family stress me beyond reason. But when I do, bags like this remind me that I can have fun, no matter what age.
