I had the pleasure of meeting one of the designers of Lena Erziak (Hasna, half of the sisterhood duo) in New York and not only is she gracious and beautiful but very passionate about her work. She visits all the farms the animals of her bags come from to make sure the conditions are humane. It is rare to find people who care that much. I instantly fell in love with the Morgan in ostrich (of course!), the quality of this bag is really quite amazing – the interior is lined in the non-quill portion of the ostrich. But when I found out the price, I literally was speechless. This good size bag in all ostrich and made in Italy is $1495. Now it makes me wonder what they’re doing right and what others are doing wrong? Or perhaps try are taking a smaller margin because they are a new brand.
