MICHAEL by Michael Kors Camouflage-Print Leather Satchel

The camouflage trend is fleeting (although it seems to keep coming back) so if you want in on the look without having to pay too much, this is the best option out there. Besides, you don’t want to compromise on quality and with Michael Kors, you know you are getting a well made bag. Keep things simple when you are going with an all over bold print – this classic doctor satchel is perfect. I would definitely take off the logo tag (sorry Michael!), it is just so huge and gold. I saw this at the new Bloomingdale’s in Santa Monica (at the press preview), I love it, the space is industrial meets cozy modern and the merchandising is just what the beach lifestyle calls for. Official grand opening is this Friday, Aug. 6. This bag is also available at Bloomingdale’s onlineicon for $328.

UPDATE: Michael Kors is opening a store at Santa Monica Place as well and they are doing a giveaway on opening day, Aug 6. The first 100 customers will receive a “KORS KASH” gift cards with amounts ranging from $10- $100 – one card has a $500 value!!!

I love the tote version of this bag. The leather is amazingly soft. I was expecting it to be hard. Leave it to MK to make a leather camouflage bag instead of nylon.

It’s like I’ve said before: MK is hit or miss, but when he gets it right he hits it out of the ballpark. I especially like that he used a lighter color for the handles on this one.

I went to several stores here in Dallas/Ft.Worth to purchase the camouflage satchel. I have been unable to locate the bag due to it being a “Limited” addition. But I was able to locate a camo satchel leather similar to camouflage satchel I love the feel of the satchel leather and up scale sophication of the satchel. It looks good with everything I wear. Thank you Micheal for making this simple amazing satchel.
