Katie Holmes proves you can have the best of both worlds with her Ferragamo fall collection hobo handbag when she was spotted in West Hollywood recently toting the dark brown version (amber leather is also available). Again, a great everyday bag for the woman on the go. Not only is it very roomy (it is bigger than it appears), but I love the braided leather handle and the ease to which it slides right onto the shoulder thanks to its curvilinear shape. There’s nary a logo in sight (another plus) if you don’t count the metal Gancio buckle–but even that’s in matted form. $1290, available at Salvatore Ferragamo boutiques nationwide.
Now this is understatement at it’s best! Price is right considering the luscious leather and quality. Love this bag! It’s ageless, classic and total refinement! Of course it doesn’t hurt that hobos are my all time favorite style!
