I bought a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti abstract camouflage platforms in Milan last Feb and have been loving how versatile camouflage print is. They literally goes with everything but I especially love how bad ass I feel when I put them on! That is the appeal of camouflage, no? Like animal print, camouflage has become a neutral staple in fashion– every brand’s got one but not all are snob worthy. Take Prada for instance, do we really need a sparkling sequined camo wallet?! I think not. At least the camouflage/studded shearling bowler bag is somewhat useful but the studs on the bottom cheapen the look and ruin it for me. What about you, what do you think of this trend?

Don’t like the idea of camo at all especially on leather goods. Maybe RTW, but not accessories. If we must, then I can go either way with the above Prada pieces. The small sequin wallet preferably, since it’s not always visible and it gives me camouflage and sequins in little doses throughout the day. The big bag, I agree, loose the studs, but I could also see a large nylon tote in camo. though.

Slob. The leather bag looks cheap. The sequined bag is okay. Since camouflage is a trend, I wouldn’t suggest dropping that much money on somethin that will not last three months. Get one from Wal-mart or Target.

Regret not buying camo shoes a few years ago when I saw them. The bag is the lesser of the two evils. Sequin camo is just gaudy.
