Don’t think it’s easy giving away bags without being able to participate– especially when it was the to die for Blanche tote from Derek Lam in powder calf. The fab tote now comes in a stunning electric blue version which is equally tempting. Sure powder calf is a delightful color for summer and such a great neutral to carry into fall but you guys know how we feel about blue! I love the size of the Blanche; it’s a perfect bucket tote for the beaches of St. Tropez or Malibu– fits a bottle of rose wine plus magazines but is also chic enough to tote to dinner after. Comes with must have body strap so you don’t even have to really carry it. I won’t bother emailing Derek about this dilemma because I know what his answer will be, “Get both!” He is SUCH the enabler!
