I love unique bags, but sometimes interesting design does not translate to functionality. Take this Ports 1961 origami inspired envelope clutch, the design is really cool and will certainly be a conversation starter when you use it but when you open the magnetic front flap it’s like a giant diaper pad (jump for photo)! If you love the design, however, you can overlook the lack of design and shove what you can in the interior organza pouch. Ports 1961 Envelope Clutch is 8″H x 15″L (actually a good size for a diaper pad!) $495.00

I know that Fashion and Functionality never go hand in hand, but couldn’t they think of another idea on the inside of this bag!!!! It’s just RIDICULOUS!!!!!
The design when closed is actually really interesting. How disappointing that they didn’t give any thought to the inside! It almost seems to be an afterthought, and the organza doesn’t even look sturdy at all.
