On the organic lambskin used by Donna Karan:
This North African lambskin is the new “organic leather”. The animals are
from a chemical free family farm. The leather is environmentally friendly
and contains no harmful substances. The lambskin is exclusively tanned in
Italy using only natural vegetable oils. These leathers are allergen-free
and can be completely recycled. After color-fixing and washing, each skin
is individually wrinkled by hand. Vegetable oils are re-added and lightly
tumbled to give a light to dark shading, called a “high-low” effect to each
skin.

Tina, is this just open at the top, with inside zipper pocket? Neimans did not show the inside. I like a zipper closure with hobos usually. Very pretty. Love the leather. Super luxe casual.
