Catherine Zeta Jones’ Jimmy Choo Sky Bag

I just finished reading Steven Cojocaru’s autobiography (random book I know…), and one of the gossip tidbits he reveals is that he interviewed Catherine Zeta Jones before she hit it big with Zorro and how she was super friendly, but then as soon as she became well-known turned into a total diva and ignored him when he tried approaching her. You never know what to believe, but I have a feeling he’s probably right about her being a diva. The Jimmy Choo Sky Bag ($1,250) that she was photographed carrying recently however is totally not diva-worthy. The hobo has a ridiculous removable bangle bracelet on the strap and its glistening, bare exterior makes it look cheap. The only somewhat redeeming quality is the contrasting exotic strap.

What do you think of Zeta Jones’ Choo? Snob or Slob?

Boring looking bag actually. Maybe if it was in a different color, like light blue or light green?

  5. Bangle slob. I don’t like the idea of a freebee when it’s a Jimmy Choo….

I don’t care about who wears it, I like the bag,it’s unpretentiously elegant.

Lola, you are joking right? It actually looks like a plastic bag. In fact, I’ve probably seen plastic bags that look better than that. That jimmy choo spells trash, in every sense of the word.

Wow, Florence. That much animosity towards a handbag?!

Anyway, Snob on the shape and silhouette. Slob on the patent finish. I have trash bags that aren’t this shiny.

Slob, and it makes me so sad. I long for the 2006-2008 era of Jimmy Choo bags.
