Diane Kruger remains one of my favorite actresses to look at in magazines, something about her is very comfortable and at ease. Attending the "Inglorious Basterds" DVD launch this week she shows how to rock a Spring dress (Look 41 from CHANEL Rtw SS 2010 collection) with an older Chanel classic bag from Fall/Winter. Love how she casually slung the formal bag across her body messenger style. I, too, like mixing seasons, trends, styles and textures. There are really no rules in fashion anymore-- make your own and most importantly, feel comfortable doing it. What about you, how do you mix and match?
I agree, she looks pretty in the short dress ( wish it were just a bit longer ), but she has the figure to pull it through and the bag makes the picture perfect.
I think she doesn't look like she's trying too hard and her clothes are never too tight. I like mixing my velvets with silks and light summer fabrics.
She must be pretty tiny to be able to wear that bag cross-body. I have at least a dozen Chanels and the only one I can wear like that is my Wallet On A Chain - the straps on the rest aren't nearly long enough.
