YSL Mini Charm Leather Bag

Apparently Alien parasites inspired this YSL logo mini bag.  You know, as in the creepy crawly things growing under one's skin in sci-fi movies.  It's rare for us to rag on YSL but there ain't nothing charming about this mini charm bag (7.5"x5") and hello, $455 is not cheap!  I do appreciate creativity but it should also be aesthetically pleasing which this obviously is not.  A more subtle way to incorporate this into the leather would be hot pressing, at least it won't make me gag when I look at it.

YSL logo mini bag here.

  • I love \YSL handbags, but I prefer Hermes handbags, they are more beautiful. http://www.ebagshow.com

  • Aliens - what a perfect comparison - it looks exactly like those creepy critters from the movie. This bag gives me the willies.

  • Yea, this is a dud to me. I mean I like the absrtact but this is off the charts. I don't think the world is ready for this bag yet :-s

  • Looks like it got left in the car too long and something melted. Ug---Ly!

  • I actually appreciate the creativity being put in this purse, is not ugly (I have seen much worst), is definitely different, very different in a way that majority are not ready or open for it...yet.

  • Nice collections of purses... I like it..

  • Nobody can ignore the existence of Christian Louboutin shoes in the fashion world. And what makes Christian Louboutin shoes so remarkable? Its exquisite quality, fine craftsmanship, sexy high heels, quirky designs and of course the red outsole known as the symbol of Christian Louboutin shoes.

  • Ew! What happened to it???? And what does this have to do w/Christian Louboutin?

    • I completely agree with you Debbie!!! Can I just say that this has to the worst place and time to Plug Louboutin!! It has nothing to do with this bag!!! And nor did they even make a reference to the bag in question!!!

  • I actually like it!! I saw it a couple days ago @ Saks while I was looking @ Bags!!! I personally liked the tote version of it, but that could be just my aesthetic!! I think its a fun and unique bag, though the price is a little more then I would spend on an IT Item!!!!

  • if one goes only for nice, pink or whatever glimmer glamour this might be shocking and inacceptable... But please - before discriminating others - think: I love Alexander McQueen, Vivienne Westwood, Balenciaga... I love Horror Movies... I wear only black, white, grey and lilac colours since ages... I love Edgar Allen Poe and William Blake...

And I love this bag - and it won't be carried by everyone: PERFECT! It's so unusual and so pretty, something really special and for this price: bought!
