This could have totally gone down the road of tacky but in a jeweler's hands, the bubbles and silhouette is happy and fun. It's made in goat skin which is ultra durable so the little bubble petals will keep its shape. I prefer the black but it's also available in honey and maple red goat leather with brass hardware. I can't help but be reminded of live abalone in the shell when I look at the first clutch, but that's probably why I like it! It's kind of organic in a way, I guess
the last two bags remind me of the hearts totes from marc jacobs last season, except with circles/"bubbles."
The bubble totes are cute, but not a worthy buy- you can get tired of the cuteness.
I have always loved Lara Bohinc's work - especially her jewelry, and I'm glad you guys are featuring a collection that's a little off the beaten path, but stunning. Finally, I can agree with you guys on something. Bravo.
