I always get the credit for looking good when wearing DVF. People don’t necessarily say, “Nice dress”, they say, “You look great”, which is a high compliment to DVF, she just makes you look like you have it all going on and the focus is really on you. I think that is her intention. And that’s how this hobo is. You look like you know what you’re doing effortlessly but it isn’t a flashy bag that is screaming, “Look at me!!”. There is a sprinkle of studs but very sparingly and the strap has these fold over tab details that are so unique. The bag is of course incredibly functional, being a true DVF, like the two zipper pocket on the sides to get to your stuff. At Neiman Marcus for $595.

Ok, maybe I really have seen too many studs lately. Here they are under control, but I wouldn´t pay the sum asked for this baggy, DVF or not.
This bags studs are clean and understated. It seems as though everything else I look at is like looking at a biker with studs all over his vest. This look is going to be trendy for one season and then be gone. I would rather buy a bag that is classic that will last for years than one that will be out of style in a few months.
Kelly:
I was wondering what you thought about the fendi marshmallow bag??
Thanks.
Michelle
It’s a “no” for me! Don’t like it. Looks uncomfortable proportioned. The bottom looks to heavy as the top narrows.
The bag is on Saks’ website.
