I am not out to get Marni, it may seem like we have been especially harsh lately, but if you remember last season, I was all about Marni, they were the light of my wardrobe. I’m not against slouchy as a whole, but when it is sloppy, or in this case, slouchy and crescent shaped and looks like a croissant, then, yes, it is a problem. My husband thinks it looks like a wanton which would be more apropos since you fill it with stuff. Just not meat. Or vegetables. In either case, I don’t know if I should dip it in some sauce and eat it or accessorize with it. Really, the most terrible Marni EVER! So bad that I am proclaiming this to be the end of the brand. At Net-a-Porter for $1410.

it reminds me of an illustration i once saw when i was little of a human stomach. i always thought your stomach was just a nice little sphere and it scared the crap out of me. this bag = gross.

That is a great funny blog. That bag does look pretty much like food..LOL.
This bag is actually beautiful in real-life! The picture does not do it any justice! The leather is buttersoft and the pleating is not so stiff. All in all the perfect hobo.
