Although Bottega Veneta does formal luxe extremely well, it is the casual luxe that are in high demand. And that is what I love about Bottega, the utilitarian styles that can accompany me on a daily basis, I mean, how can you go wrong with their hobo or Julie bag? Yes, I would love to own a crocodile but honestly, that will never happen, those are just the things they show us to keep our love alive. And this Cushion bag is just another fine example of what keeps Bottega Veneta in business, it is understated chic that is 100% luxury. You can throw your entire life in this and still maintain composure in style. The slouch makes it effortless and the subtle woven details makes a quiet statement. For an LA mom who can't always get my act together, a Bottega like this will keep me in check. At Barneys New York for $2,750.

  • Yuck! This bag does not look chic, it's for a bowling ball. I'm sure the leather is gorgeous, but I m just not that into this from this picture.

  • gotta agree... sorry kelly, this bag looks really hideous... esp at 2750

  • Sorry Kelly, but this bag looks awful. I love (and own) BV's Julie bag and the classic hobos, but this one is a mess.

  • Kelly,
This bag comes in the most fabulous crocheted version that is shades of orange, beige, brown, and green. I saw it and fell in love, though it is pricey. Check it our.

  • Now honestly, I don´t like this bag at all. The shape is so big and round and if you `throw your whole life in it´-who would volunteer to carry it around? The leather may be fine, but no way I would pay for just the brand. This bag is lacking design.

  • Awful, love Bottega but not this

  • Sorry. I'm a big BV fan, but this reminds me of the hide of an animal that was just autopsied. What were they thinking?!

    Try again.

  • Definitely don't like this bag. The price is very steep. For that price, the statement should be louder...

  • eeehhhh! looks like the bag version of a frankenstein in the making! hideous..

  • NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I guess I'll be the lone voice of dissent in the comments, because I really like this bag! Slouchy, relaxed and casual. Like, like, like!

  • It makes me want to take a nap. On it.
