I doubt Ibiza was the inspiration for the Ibiza bag from Thomas Wylde (trust me, my girlfriend lives in Ibiza and no one dresses like this. The Stockyards of Fort Worth Texas, however, is a different story). There is so much craziness with the long fringes, dangling beads, pewter hardware, skull embellishment that you forget it’s a bag. Apparently Thomas Wylde forgot, too, because the actual bag part is practically non-existent. So, let’s not even call this a bag. Let’s just call it “Thomas Wylde Texan Arts and Crafts project” for $2,200 at Net-a-porter.com
Wow! I’m speechless.I have a suede, fur lined bag bought in the fur department of a local store, which has the same feel, but you can carry things in it safely. I like the Boho chic thing sometimes. This is strange. I guess you could use makeup bags, etc. inside, in order to actually use the bag. I am at a loss.It will be Last Call in a few months.
Uuuggghhhhh. I said this one Purse Blog and it is worth saying again:
this bag is ball-sy. that’s all i’m going to say. and it’s only ball-sy because it’s from thomas wylde. else, it’s just another designer “knock-off” of a mexican tassle bag. i don’t care what people think about fringe and how much diana vreeland adored it. sometimes, a dead trend is best left that way.
And no one should even pick this up at Neiman Last Call.

i can’t decide what is more offensive, the price tag or the bag itself. both are outrageous!
