Not that we need an excuse to party but an Oscar party for a charitable cause is too fabulous to refuse! We are barely getting over Fashion Week and are now prepping for a big Oscar night in LA. First up is the red carpet where we'll be interviewing celebs and wanna bes alike followed by an after party at Mr. Chow's! The Plan: To party with a purpose and produce a live webcast on www.ExtraTV.com, www.Glam.com and other web portals. We want to celebrate Hollywood's huge heart with the stars of TV, film, sports and music. Our event will be carbon neutral and we'll plant a tree in honor of each attendee to erase their carbon footprint!
The Venue: The iconic Mr. Chow in the heart of Beverly Hills for a fun benefit viewing dinner and after party.
Leeza, Olivia and David introduce a way to turn Academy Awards® night into an interactive viewing party and webcast (produced and directed by Marc Scarpa) designed to honor Hollywood and celebrate the industry's huge heart. We'll empower our guests and viewers to make a change in their own lives and in the world. We believe this is celebrity inspiration at it's best.
We're working with our friends at Make the Difference Network to help spread awareness about each celebrity's cause through their cause oriented online network in hopes of engaging people worldwide, and providing a direct and effective vehicle for social activism.
