If there was ever a time to shop smart, this is definitely it. Beat the recession blues with simple choices like alternative colors. These 2 bags are identical, one is the new spring white and the other is old fall gray but the price difference is over $1000. And honestly? The gray is WAY more versatile and has longevity, I like it so much better. With a classic python like this, there will always be fall next year if you absolutely will not use fall colors in warm months (but seriously, rules like no white after Labor Day is no longer in effect, in case you didn't get the memo). It sounds like the trend now is to buy only classics that will hold it's value, well, for around $1550 (price varies depending on daily exchange rate, it is £1010), this baby has staying power for sure! Collection worthy and a good investment if I ever saw one. Great find! I love the bag. One question - I don't have a lot of python in my collection because I am hard on bags. How durable is this for everyday use?
zagliani treats all skins with silicone injection before making them into bags. you can expect this one to be durable enough to use everyday. of course, if you're gonna throw it around and get it soiled easily then exotics are not for you.
I have a few python bags and I am not "precious" with them. They hold us beautifully and will withstand some amount of abuse. I have a Bottega Veneta python wallet that I thought would be trashed after a few months but a year later, it still looks great, even with water spilled on it and everything!

The sales are fantastic. I got my first python, on sale, in a black, YSL muse at Neimans the day after Christmas....a true find. This bag is lovely, but for something a bit more youthful there are still two python bags for 70% off on the Oscar site. I can't....but those who can, should!
will this ship to california? i remember once a boutique told me they couldnt ship it to my state!
