We've had a flurry of amazing press the last few months but have not had time to share them all with you. One that we are most proud of is from Vivid Magazine's Winter issue-- we were included in the Top Ten Chinese American Entrepreneurs of 2008!Yes, our families are quite proud and even the parents of our Chinese friends are very proud! The article is in both Chinese and English, my 96 year old grandmother will be able to read it which makes me very happy.
A big thank you to Vivid magazine and to editor Daniel Takeshi Krause for patiently waiting for the interview. (I was getting ready for our DVF party on Melrose and well, you know a girl needs time to primp!)

Hi Tina - congratulations to you and Kelly, and how inspiring. I have been an avid reader of Bagsnob for some years and your comment about success coming from finding what you love to do really resonated with me. In the last year I quit my job and opened an e-boutique with focus on Australian designer fashion - I now love what I do and, although some days are crazy, it is worth every minute.
Long gone are the innocence and constant struggles of balancing two different cultures in hands as depicted in Joy Luck Club, in are the new fould Asian-sophistication that seems to sweep up the big USA. The best part of it? it took merely 15 years. Well done and congras!
