It's been years since I changed a diaper but if I were in the market for a diaper bag again (yes, still working on it!)-- I'd be all over this diaper hobo bag from Rosie Pope ($398). Look closely on the side, it's a diaper pin! I hate sounding like a grouchy old woman but in my day, diaper bags looked just like diaper bags, we didn't have these stylish choices (and this is only 4 years ago)! Rosie Pope just opened a chic clothing boutique in Soho for expecting mommies.
The store was designed by Thomas McKay, and the items in the collection include an evening clutch that holds a diaper, fabulous skinny jeans, glamorous evening gowns, and sexy lingerie. Rosie also designed some great (you'd-never-know-they're) diaper bags, that many celeb moms have (Nicole Richie, Christina Aguilera, Salma Hayek, Jennifer Garner, etc). Apparently the Birkin bag was originally designed for with Jane Birkin in mind--she needed enough room to hold little Charlotte G's diapers in. Who knew?!
