Zac Posen Sistine Draped Satchel

zacsistine.jpgI pray that Zac was on vacation when his accessories designer came up with the Sistine Draped Satchel (a ghastly 21" wide!). I adore Zac Posen dresses and I just can't imagine him having anything to do with this bizarre looking pleated, tucked and nipped bag! It is such a huge departure from his earlier bags, the Antonia, Aurora, etc (by an accessories designer that I am not at liberty to disclose). The tiny handles further accentuate the overly primped bag and all that ruching reminds me of bunched up underwear, not a nice image. I am very concerned because bags like this can ruin an entire bag collection. Let's hope he finds a capable accessories designer soon. Zac Posen Sistine Draped Satchel $1,995 at Saks.com
