Who invented the handbag? A caveman to carry his provisions along while he hunted or a cavewoman who needed a sack for the goods she gathered? Whoever it was, the first bag probably looked similar to the Nicci Deerskin bag. A simply constructed hobo with cut out handle made of Alligator crestle; it has a pre-historic feeling to me. Perhaps it's the strip of leather woven through the handle or maybe the unfinished and deliberately rough look of the edges. It's as if someone just wanted a bag they can drag off and knock around.

Pre-historic this bag may look, but knocking around deerskin like the aforementioned would leave scratches galore! Deerskin is known for that quality, but it also makes it luxuriously soft (the beating, not the scratches). So, if you can withstand your Nicci Deerskin Bag looking like it just came out of a cave after some rough Caveman woo-hoo, this handbag would be a dream!
I really do like the alligator detailing, though. Gives a supple bag some much-needed juxtaposition.
The bag does not scratch and it is sick! I am the designer and Nicci has nothing to do with it.

I´m not liking this bag one bit. Don´t like the mix of deer skin and alligator either.
I love this, it's so different and looks like it can withstand a lot of abuse. I like deerskin to be beat up!

J'adore! The Nicci Couture bag is superhot. It's understated and very cool-girl. Can see Cameron Diaz or Kate Moss working it overtime. Most of all, it seems roomy, unique and high quality. Effortlessly chic.
