Zagliani Notting Hill Pleated Python

Who says lady-like can't also be a bit wild? This classic chain shoulder bag in pleated ruched python shows that you are a bit naughty even though you can put up a good facade. I love that exotics are so versatile now, the skin is no longer super sensitive to cracking from bending and molding into interesting shapes and designs. I give my pythons quite a beating and they only become softer and more loving from the wear. This treated python has already taken its beating and then injected with silicone to keep its shape so what you see if what you will have for life. It's sad to say but we are already bored with just exotic skin, now we want color, shapes, textures and finishes just like we expect from good 'ole leather. I know, it is so hard to keep us happy isn't it? But the good news is, python bags are dropping in price and although $2700 is still a bit steep, consider that a Chanel classic 2.55 flap is the same price for leather. And with that, you will be repressed and lady-like, because honestly, how many of us really is that serene and "classic"? Zagliani Notting Hill Pleated Python Bag for $2700 at Saks Fifth Avenue.

  • This bag would bring out my rebellious side! Wear it with a mischievous grin.

  • Meow kelly, Nice one. It almost looks alive. Slightly scary and very edgy,no?

  • Hey Kelly!
Congratulations on the ever-growing success of the blog. I love your writing and always look forward to your posts. =)

I have a question. Is it harder to be critical of certain designers who have recently been courting you guys (i.e. Louis Vuitton, etc.), especially when you are meeting some of their people and forming relationships with them? I remember you guys had a negative view of the craftsmanship of Louis Vuitton bags (and rightly so...)

    love you guys <3

  • this bag is beautiful!!

  • Hi Susan,

Yes, it has become harder to be outright bitchy and cruel. Although it has taken the childlike fun out of being mean, I realize the importance of being professional about things. But not to worry, it does not stop me from being critical and knowing when a bag is downright bad and ugly! I cannot be bought, I would rather stop doing the blog than have to say that I am in love with Louis Vuitton or anything else that I truly am not in love with =)

    Love, Kelly

  • haha Kelly. I seriously love you and LOVE your bag reviews.

Classy and gorgeous... best of luck to you and Tina. =)
