Although it does look like she is pretty indiscriminant, what is that shearling thing one the lower left there? It's like UGGS for Hermes, eeeks! I heard that David begs her to get out of heels sometimes and wear sneakers. I wonder what he thinks of her bags, does he want her to use backbacks? Does anyone know what the size and colour is of the pruple oistrich birkin she carries...also is the white kelly with the red/orange piping a special order bag?
Do celebrities still have the same difficulty in acquiring Hermes bags etc or are the sas more willing with them?

In the upper right hand corner she is carrying my favorite bag--the alligator grafton clutch from Oscar de la Renta.
Lottie, you're right, her collection is just obscene to me and to be honest, it just looks boring. Every time you see her out and about she carries a Birkin. I doubt buying a handbag is fun for her these days.

Many websites said that bag was a Hermes Faco but after seeing Mr de la Rentas clutches I was certain it was one of his! What colour and skin do you have it in? It looks so chic and timeless!!!
Hi, Lottie--I have an old one in natural ring lizard and the new, improved version in indigo lizard. It's the best bag--perfect in every way. I really wish I had the olive alligator, though.

Sheesh...I just had to go "Good God, what was she thinking" at one of those pics in the collage - I'll let you all guess at which one I'm talking about - and I'm not talking about her bags.
There's only so much before vulgarity enters the equation. I love the Birkin bags, but I don't like the Kelly bags, think they're dated and more fitting for Queen Elizabeth II or a matronly woman (I know, I must be crazy).
I´m s o fed up with Victoria. I know you in USA are thrilled about her and I understand that cause she is new to you. We here in Europe are so glad she has left our continent. Not a day would pass without a picture of her in the press. Her bags are great,no doubt about that. But when you can buy anything you desire,what is there left? I´ll tell you. Nothing.
She is one lucky, lucky girl. Love her or hate her at least she just gets on with it and raises her beautiful family. If I could have any bag I wanted I would so I don't blame her for doing so.
One has to ask: what is style? If style means buying only the most expensive items on the Planet, count me out. Has anyone seen her in a vintage piece? Victoria, think just how much fun would you have searching for a vintage belt or scarf!
Oh right, she wore that hideous white Armani dress, but even that was chosen for her not by her.

We need your bagsnob expertises!! When posh attended Mr de la Renta's show in NY she wore a green and black de la Renta dress accompanied with a green croc/alli clutch. I have seen a similar style bag in LA's De la Renta store, but also a clutch in the same style by hermes called the Faco on Decades website! But another blog calls it a Hermes special order Baccara which is it?
This is a bit mind boggoling!!! Hope you can clarify?!

Correction all, Posh was using the ODLR clutch with her green dress, not birkin. My mistake!
ODLR camp said she was one of the nicest celebs to shop at their store and that she really "gets it".

I love her collection. It's hard to go back to other bags when one starts to buy Hermes b/c the quality is just superb. People who gripes about "vulgarity"are just jealous, and wish they had the same. Posh has a variety of Hermes bags, not just Birkins and Kellys. I have to say the colors she pick are gorgeous, classic and fun (in some cases). While I agree that many celebrities are in the press way too much for doing not much, but obviously there is an audience, otherwise the photogs would not be snapping their pics..Great blog Kelly!
Personally I don't get the birkin bag. I feel like the little boy in the Emperor's new clothes because when I see folks with it they look like they are toting a briefcase. I have one in black but I haven't used it since I stopped working - it made a great laptop bag!

omg i'm slowly falling in love with hermes, but i have to agree with lottie...if you don't have to work hard for it, you're not gonna appreciate it as much. i so want that baccara and i wouldn't mind a HAC or jypsiere (yes it has grown on me) - all in black croc of course! btw why is this chick famous? i mean her haircut is cute and her stylist is amazing, but what does she do exactly?

Kadeam....I have read in Fashion Babylon about Mrs Beckhams stylist and know many people that have worked along side her in her spice days and now an confirm she has a stylist!

Victoria Beckham has loads of cash of her own, 3 gorgeous children, a hunky and rich husband, a music career and a fashion business. She also sells perfume and beauty products by the ton in Japan where both David & her are icons. Before her Hermes phase she was into other luxury brands too...see pics of her with croc suhali lockits etc. I know she annoys people, hell even I feel like locking away my 4 Hermes bags now but look at it this way, she does get fashion, she works very hard and she is NOT Paris Hilton!! She deserves her Hermes bags!!
