Lanvin Gold Metallic Hobo

Sorry about the late story, I am having issues with bugs that you do NOT want to know about. Anyhoo, I told you I was in a disco mood - everything gold and shiny is catching my fancy these days. I know the functionality of this bag breaks all my rules, but I love the gold with the black thick ribbon straps. There is something shouting out at me, I mean gold lamé is so "out" that it is "in" (although this is gold leather but has that lamé look), or maybe the round belly of the bag is comforting to me and the glam makes me feel like I can be comfy yet sassy. Again the hobo shape is coming strong for Fall but instead of boho this is glam-ho! Whatever it is, I am loving Lanvin and this bag is so me right now!! At Browns Fashion for $2840.

Love the shape of the bag, but would be a bit wary of spending money on the ribbon handle, would it not worn down and thready after a few uses?

There is something about this bag that moves me too, something special. Surely if I were young, no horses could would hold me.Again something new from Lanvin.

I have the silver lanvin bag from last season and am questioning the quality. I purchased this over a chanel and think I made a mistake. The little silver medallion looks like it is peeling and for what I paid I don't think this should happen. It definetly would make me question a future Lanvin purchase. I have several Chanel bags from many years ago and the age very well. I am disappointed in this brand at this point.
