I was so close to getting the
hot pink Ricky from Ralph Lauren but I got cold feet standing at the counter. I started thinking, "is this love? or just lust which will fade to serious buyer's remorse?" In the end, I let it go. Just as I started hunting for another summer exotic, Dana brought this stunner to my attention-- a gorgeous
WHITE crocodile Ricky!!! (I am so glad I waited for true love!) There were only four made in the world, and I have no idea why. I can not tell you how long I have dreamed of a white croc bag, I mean croc is the ultimate statement bag but in white it's almost sinful! The scales are immaculate and the interior is ultra functional; there are three separate compartments, including one that fits a blackberry or iPhone perfectly! It's a 33cm, which is big for me, but not overwhelming. Even men comment on this little beauty but I don't mind sharing and allow everyone to stroke its amazing skin.
By the way, Dana from Ralph Lauren just alerted me of their private 40% off sale with an additional 20% off starting today. Call her asap 214-522-5270. Don't even bother asking her for another white alligator Ricky, all four have sold! More photos after the jump!
I leave the bag open and unstrapped, those equestrian straps are tricky to get in and out of so why bother. The dangling straps used to bug me but now that I understand Ralph's equestrian intentions of the bag, I find it charming. And look at the scales on the back of the bag, flawless!!! This is it for me for summer bags, I seriously can not indulge in another single bag until the leaves turn color!

dear Lina, I am waiting for my flight to nyc and just wanted to respond quickly to you. Yes, have noticed your constant support and am sincerely grateful for it! I have not heard back about Monsieur Louboutin doing appearances in London. but I know his flight to Paris was cancelled and he hopped on a flight to London last week with my girlfriend's husband!

WOW!!! I loved the hot pink, but the white will definately stand the test of time!!! Your one lucky lady why ever didn't they make more of the white that the pink?!?
Hope your having a fab holiday, you seem to be bloging more than Kelly this week, despite being on your vacation, thats committment!!!

I'm not going to lie. I'm not the biggest Ralph Lauren fan. However, this bag is exquisite. I prefer it to the pink Ricky any day! The lines still scream Birkin, but the rarity of the white leather make up for it, giving it its own voice. The touch of gold hardware mixed with the ultra white of the scales reminds me of Newport beach, for some reason. Anyway, it's a bit of ultimate luxury that is divine.

It does look like a downgraded version of the Birkin...don't get me wrong, it is a gorgeous bag but it doesn't seem to have its own identity like the other white bags....How about the YSL Give Rauche Tote crocodile-embossed patent leather? Has anyone seen it? What do you giuys think???
