Purple and red are very important colors for fall but not colors you want for your croc. The purple shoulder bag is very cute and young, the shape is dramatic and unique but all that means that it will not hold up 10 years from now. The bright purple also makes this very much a novelty bag and at $8500, it does not make sense. Is it fun and adorable? Yes. But a wise investment? Not so much. I do love it but the puffy croc is a much better way to go as an investment piece.
The red hobo really does not make sense. The only women I know who love shiny red croc bags are older ladies, it makes them feel vibrant and alive (this is what my mom and aunts tell me), but this hobo would not appeal to that crowd. First of all, it is shaped like a giant dumpling and to me is more of a Kooba design, for the young and carefree, not for a stuffy old lady who can drop $14,000 on a bag. The bright shiny red and the overly young shape just devalues the beauitful croc it is made from. Both of these are really nice to look at on display but unless you already have 20 crocs in your collection, you would not go here. The purple shoulder bag is $8500 and the red hobo is $14,180, both at Browns Fashion.

She ordered the large one in Grey and I ordered the smaller size in Bone. We saw this at Bergdorf's last week in NYC and loved the bag's design and functionality.
All the pockets have hidden magnetic closures so your things won't fall out and the handles are long enough to sling over your shoulder (so important when chasing wild toddlers!). Our croc obsession is stronger than ever and Nancy Gonzalez offers more styles and choices than anyone! Did you know that she hires mostly women in her Colombia factories and offers them daycare so they can bring their kids to work? Go Nancy for empowering women-- this makes me want to buy more of her croc bags!!! At Bergdorf Goodman--
