Kelly insists that it does not matter what you wear as long as you carry a great bag. I've always maintained that it does matter; being appropriately dressed and groomed should matter more than a designer bag, no matter how expensive. Pamela proves my point in this photo. One should never be seen with 3-inch black roots on hair that has not been washed in weeks, while wearing a see-through wife beater tank top, especially when one is leaving a nasty joint with food stuck to the door frame that even gutter rats won't touch. The skinny jeans are cute if a bit too long and her legs are to die but the shoes are inappropriate, and no bag, not even the dreamy white birkin, will save her outfit. Just because she is carrying Hermes, it doesn't mean she has any style. Good thing she is shielding her chest with her arm, or this would be classified as adult content and Perez would be posting it, not us.
What do you guys think? Can an $8,000 designer bag save this mess of an outfit? Pamela Anderson: SNOB or SLOB?
Um, doesn't she live in LA? She's a totally beachy gal which means that she's got very beachy hair, and it's a summer outfit. She looks like every other sun-bleached babe walking on the strip of South Beach actually. While it may not be 'lady' like Posh, it certainly a slob does not make...and you just sound like the usual snob in your remark of her :)

As much as that bag is gorgeous, it doesn't make an outfit. Again to my point about how the least deserving people get birkins! I don't mind the roots so much as I mind her stripper shoes. HAhahahahaha.
I think she looks completely fine, a relaxed look on a summer's day. I think your comments above are somewhat overstated.
However I agree that no bag has the power to transform crass into class
um... I totally agree with you that a fantastic bag does not excuse terrible outfits, but I really don't think she looks that bad.

She is crass and does not look like she's beachy and casual. Beachy and casual would be sandals/flip flops with what she's wearing, not those hooker shoes.

I didn't think it was possible to look trashy with a Birkin. Pam Anderson, proving again, that she is in a league (trailer park) of her own.
Being stylish is not about the price tag of an outfit or handbag. Rather, it is about being groomed and put together.
Honestly, she looks more trailer than beachy, but perhaps she would look nicer at a different angle with combed hair. I do think it's nice that celebs frequent mom+pop, low-key places though.
Pam's look is not beachy. She is not relaxed looking, sun kissed fresh. I agree with the "working girl" comment and I'm impressed by Bag Snob for calling it. Money does not buy class, just really nice Birkins.

If I were her stylist, I'd put her in a simple pale blue summer dress, wash her hair and pull it back until she has time to touch up her roots, and the bag might look nice.

totally agree with you.
If she had on different shoes the outfit would be fine. But it's Pamela Anderson so what shoes to you expect? Or what do you expect in general from her! Get over yourself, people that go above and beyond to look polished and put together everyday are either trying to prove something or hiding something.
Anonymous, no one expects anyone to look polished and perfect daily. But the basic hygiene etiquette is at least required.

There's nothing wrong with looking a little trailer chic a la Olsen twins, but there's nothing wrong looking like you just stepped off the red carpet as well.

I think she looks very classy in white. However I dont think I would want to see every woman copying her style.
I am sorry to those of you who keep defending this terrible look. If you are a bleached blonde and do not have time to get your dark roots done, pull your hair back in a ponytail. That's what I do when I can't get touched up.

I agree with Morgan, with the ponytail thing thats what I do, or wear a hat!! but again this is Pam Anderson we are talking about, at least she isnt half naked like she seems to always be, and even when seen with her kids, she isnt fully covered up...other then her hair she looks ok..I like the all white look...and hello?! cindy crawford is in a league of her own, she can wear a trash bag over her and still look good!!!

This is her style, like it or not. And she is pretty consistent with it. I don't dig it, but oh well. I also don't dig Posh, too perfect, too thin, to unrealistic: "trying to hard" is what I think someone meant when they said "has something to hide." I just think people who are TOO dressed all the time are trying way too hard is all. And I hate that trying too hard look...
As for the roots, again, this is a look, not someone ignoring an appointment. Apparently it is cool to have a few inches or root? Hey, I read it in Cosmo...someone must be doing it! I wouldn't, but again, to each his own.

Birkin Bags Are great and look terific.It looks nice with the all white. I think every one forgets about how You and I may look some times when we go out.As for the see through shirt ,I think the pockets are at the right level to cover.It may sound like pure jealousy to me.
