Anya Hindmarch on Robertson Ave. had a champagne party on Tuesday to show off their new Spring line as well as give the opportunity to order a bespoke coin purse for Mother's Day. I am still suffering from this party because I had way too much champagne but imagine how much fun I had!! I even got to meet Aaron Eckhart who is super hot and adorable!!
Since we already featured Anya's spring bags, and because we are a blog and can do whatever we want I am going to preview their Fall bags instead. The first bag in the front was our favorite, the Ziggy in python! It comes with an amazing stone on the hardware that sets off the color of the skin. Gorgeous! Going clockwise, to the left of that is the Charlie in calfhair. I love this bag and ordered one for myself. The handles fold in so you have the option of carrying with the inset handles instead. Behind that is the Perry, their big bag of the season. This is their all around perfect bag for the everyday and everyday woman. To the right of that is the Piano clutch in electric blue python. This is something that really got us excited, the color and the shape is so striking - perfect for going out in your favorite new outfit. And last but not least is the Minnelli tote in suede corduroy, is that amazing or what? I have never seen this done and it is super chic. You get the casual hip feel but it is leather so you are so not schlepping it with just plain ole corduroy! Anya continues to keep us in love with her (and its not just because she is gracious and sweet!).
I had a total ball at the party and even got some shopping done. The loose pocket pouch was the style available for bespoke service, exclusive for the event. It is $195 and I was able to customize the lettering, I put my kid's names on it as a Mother's Day gift to myself. Below were my other purchases! I am going to Hawaii next week so it explains my choices.

Kelly I may see you sipping cocktails on the beach i am venturing from the UK to LA and Hawaii for a 2.5 wk break!!! Really sad my trip will not be during the dates you have your bag and bubbly at ODLR!!! Just miss you!!!

I was an intern at a fashion magazine once, and I remember there was the biggest kerfuffle over a misplace Anya Hindmarch bag, and this was in 2005! I like and would carry any of these, but do they have a bit of L.A.M.B. vibe?

i hope you didn't book your flights with ATA or Aloha Airlines since they just filed for bankruptcy and all flights have been canceled effective April 3.
Mine where but the travel company have already organised new seats on another flight, and it hasnt cost me a penny!!!!

I love Anya since my friend introduce me to the brand a few years ago. I really like a blue clutch. While I was on vacation in Taiwas last year, there was an event with Anya "I am not just a plastic bag", and people were fighting and crying because they didn't win the lottery to one of the 500 totes.
OOhh, Hawaii, I always feel putty after coming back from a vacation here. The pace is so relaxin and slow from the fast pace life here on the mainland.
