Yay for bold colors! It is really fun and fabulous to have a bright colorful bag for the Summer so that you can wear something neutral and still be beaming! The raffia is a little crazy, I admit, but it adds to much spunk and can really liven up a dull LBD (the fuschia would the color of choice for that!). You know, after looking at so many bags, I long for something unusual and out there, it speaks to me from the sea full of black leather totes. I know blue seems to be our thing recently but this green is really pretty and would be amazing with spring colors. For a little bag like this, the chain is not going to be as annoying because the bag is light so there won’t be as much slippage but having the chain on this bag makes it appropriate for the evening, which is when this bag should come out the most. I am having a ball with Lanvin’s new bags, it could be my new obsession. I have to stay away from Barneys because I know I will end up getting a Lanvin this season. This super snazzy Lanvin is $1375.
Love the colors, but part of me wants to pull the Raffia off because that part looks like a 5th grade art project (glued on).
Now these are fun! But the raffia ruins it for me too.
