The exotic Spring/Summer bag collection from Jimmy Choo is designed for laid back sunny days and busy urban lives. In texture, shape and palette, the look is relaxed with sizes ranging from the small and cute to the super-large. We'll be reviewing the new collection throughout the next few weeks so stay tuned!
The first bag that caught our eye from the Spring line is the Saba Bag, it has African inspired polished wood bangles adorning the strap, what a brilliant way to accessorize a simple tote! It comes in various skins, zebra printed ponyskin ($3,395- sold out!), brown or black suede ($2,450), and black or off white nappa leather ($3,050 for large, $2,450 for medium). I love the off-white version in medium, it is the perfect summer vacation bag to Capri or South Beach. I always carry magazines, several sunscreens for different parts of my face and body, and my son's toys and snacks when I am vacationing and this will fit it all. It is a generously sized bag at 14" wide and is ultra soft and slouchy, all you will need is a wide brim hat and a turquoise bikini and you'll be ready for action! Oh, and a sexy pair of Jimmy Choo sandals won't hurt either.
You can also get the medium nappa leather Saba in black at Saks Fifth Ave for $2,450
More photos of the Saba after the jump!

I don't know about this bag. I love Jimmy Choo bags but this one, is not appealing to me in any shape way or form. I love there Ramona bag in Exotic Snakeskin. That bag is worth the $3495

Jimmy Choo did "OK" with this one. Great sailing bag, and yes the simple dress to add a lil something to the bag is very clever. But overall I think they should stick to shoes. :)

I love it! It is very unique and I agree with Pam, clever is a good word for it.

I love this bag the minute I saw it. Napa in white and black suede are both so beautiful. This bag is not very Jimmy Choo but more laid back. The only problem is the price, $2K+ for a suede bag is a bit much. Still love it.

It only makes sense that handbags will progress from wearing their own belts, as so many have in the past season, to wearing their own bracelets. Soon they'll come with little appendages for attaching their own little shoes.
That said, I really kind of like this bag. But the price is way inflated.

I have always love the style. It is a pretty bag, I am not so sure if it is worth over 2K. It is a cute summer bag though.

Honestly, from all Jimmy Choo's collections,I considered that ALEX (the black one) and RAMONA are (still) the best. And I'm looking forward to have "another best" from Jimmy Choo, fo sho. :)

this bag is amazing it is SOOOO comfrotable is it is so light weight you can move the bangles too so that you can have some on each side of the hobo strap.

I'm not a big fan of this or the new styles (Dessy, Mona, Tani). It seems to be a ho-hum departure from the styling that makes a Choo bag recognizable. I'd buy a Ring or Ramona over the Saba any day.

I like this bag very much in the Napa White. The price tag, however, is quite another story. I have a lot of Napa leather handbags, and this one is so much more expensive than them, and they have much more detail, design and functionality. Just because it's a Jimmy Choo, doesn't mean it's worth the money......let's wait and see what else comes down the pipe in the later months!
