YSL Tribute Mary Jane

Check out the super snob shoes I picked up this weekend, thanks to my Personal Shopper Connie Dieb (she can get you anything your heart desires...!) These shoes are so comfortable due to the very high platform in the front which balances your foot, it's like wearing a low heel because 1 1/4" platform on a 3" stiletto is like wearing shoes with 1 3/4" heel! The gray suede with black patent trim is beyond fabulous and the black patent will be my basic this Fall. I could not decide between the two pairs so I got both. It's the only way to shop n'est pas? I know these will sell out so you MUST order a pair quickly!!! $660 At Saks.com

But wait, you're probably more interested in bags right? Since I am in a major YSL mood this morning, here is the latest Downtown tote in Blue! I just love this color, can't get enough. If you are a girl with 10 black bags in your closet, you need something blue to brighten things up. It's a basic and will go with everything! $1,495 at Saks.

  • Thanks Tina for showing us my favorite brand items.I´m only sorry that half of the shoes this season have such high heels and the other half are ballerinas.I´m quit tall meaning 5ft 10 inches and walking with 10 cm heels is quite risky-especially when you live by the countryside. The blue Downtown bag is a charming color-great with the right shade of jeans for example.

  • I have the Vichy Tribute slingback version. It's one of the most funky, classic and comfortable shoes I've ever own! I have fallen big time for YSL. The Muse, Rive Gauche, Downtown, Tribute, and the shoes, oh my.

  • i went to the saks website, and their downtown bag is navy. but on your site it looks teal. is it just me?

  • Funny, I saw the Navy YSL Downtown IRL in the YSL store on 57th street, and it was so dark, it looked black! It didn't look anything like the pic posted here. Perhaps it's a different color? On my computer it looks almost teal.

  • I love the shoe!
    is it really comfortable ??
i hardly wear heels because it's always hurt...
    but that shoes look comfortable

  • Hi Mette-

I am with you. I am 5'10 and it is just not practical for day to day. I don't enjoy flats all the time either. I wish these designers would make shoes with a 2-3 inch heel. Especially because as you go up in size the heel gets bigger. In a size 9 this would be easily 4.5 inches!

  • Hi all,
this is the navy bag, i pulled the photo off saks, i saw it in person and it was not this bright either. It is a photo issue from Saks.
