Dior Cannage Polochon

I am loving on this Dior. It is vinyl coated leather (which is patent leather) and in beige it is uber luxurious. You can just see this bag 30 years from now still being a total classic as you take it out on an inter-stellar date. Take care of your patent and it will literally last forever. And you know how we have been gushing endlessly about it and for Fall, it is all about the patent, so getting a bag like this is a no brainer. It is a total trend item now yet will be a staple in your wardrobe for many a seasons. I love the Cannage quilting and the tonal strap makes this bag sleek and chic. The handles have a 7″ drop which will go under most arms and there is the Bag Snob favorite, exterior slit pocket, for cell phones. This is one of those rare bags from Dior that transcends age and time. I might get this bag, use it for now and give it to my mom for Christmas. Is that terrible of me? If you are looking for one bag this season, there is no need to email me cuz this is an option I will offer up. $1190, Shop Dior at eLuxury.

I am having serious issues with the patent leather thing for the fall. I need to get over it. But when given the choice of beautiful soft leather or plastic looking patent, I don’t know if I can make the trendy choice. What’s a girl to do?

I really like the YSL Tribute Tote in patent. As for the Dior I saw it in Navy Suede and I really liked it.

I like the shape, and I loooove patent leather, but … beige? The color makes it look like part of a sofa or something. I’m very glad to see it comes in black. Red would be nice too.

Sorry you nice girls, but I don´t like this bag.To me it also has this plastic looking feel and the color is not at all suitable for us living in northern Europe.I understand that in places where the sun is around almost all the time this bag could be useful.I now posess one patent leather bag-by YSL naturally-and am very happy with it.

Couldn’t disagree more with Susanna or Amanda. Can’t explain it, but beige and black always looks so stylish to me! And patent leather always works for me. Maybe it’s cuz I’m an old mod.
