I really really gave much thought to Givency before. But with this bag and the Nightingale, I'm in love!
I just got the Givenchy Nightingale from Barneys Northpark (loveee it) and it looks like this is going to be the next on my list. Givenchy has been so on the mark this season. Every new bag released is great in design and function and really stands out in a crowd in a "clever" manner (great word to describe by the way!)I'm hooked!

Of course everyone has different tastes! You must see this bag in person before you write it off though... it's really got personality! The leather is slightly wrinkled, giving it that Kate Moss je ne sais quois slouch but the straps gives it a bit of structure.
Shopping nerd, we seem to like the same bags! You should definitely blog about it for PB, would love to read your point of view :)

It does go on the shoulder - I bought it last week. Love it!
