Zac Posen’s Aurora bag in creamy white leather is the answer for young women who aspire to their grandmothers’ elegance but still want to look their age. We always preach age appropriateness (if I see another 46 year old woman running around in clothes befitting a 16 year old, I will slap her silly!) and this is a fabulous and very youthful interpretation of the classic “grandma” bag for lack of a better word. My grandmother has many bags similar in shape to this in her collection, but none have the cool nutbolt hardware detail or the soft grainy leather. I could do without the two leather straps with twist lock closures because I am lazy and need everything to be at my finger tips but it does add more interest to the classic lines of the bag so I’d leave them open for easier access if I were you. There are also three pockets to keep your organized in the luscious grey suede interior.
